Great read - if you are fascinated by how food provides insights into the civil rights movement over the decades, this book is for you. For example, everyone knows Julia Child, championed by Judith Jones, but I had never heard of Judith Jone's other legendary chef author, Edna Lewis, writer of the best-selling cookbook "The Taste of Southern Cooking". Great that these iconic chefs are now getting the recognition they deserve -
