Add a CommentThis is my favorite cookbook. It has full page color photos for most of the recipes! I’ve made probably 6 of the recipes so far and they were all very good. Lots of variety. This book is organized by cooking method - chapters for Electric Pressure Cooker, Air Fryer, Slow Cooker, Skillet Dutch Oven, Sheet pan & Baking Dish, Grill Pan & Grill. Each recipe has nutrition info. If you follow Weight Watchers on the authors website there is a page where for each recipe in her cookbooks you can see the “points” for each of the WeightWatchers plans ( like Freestyle, Green, Blue, etc). I don’t follow Weight Watchers but I like to eat healthy
Actually after seeing the cookbook I bought a copy for myself, and also gave one as a gift to a friend.
You could say I'm obsessed with one pot/pan meals. Especially for weeknight cooking! Who likes washing pots and pans! There are oodles of approachable, delicious recipes in this book. I very much appreciate that they include instructions on how to convert the recipe from an Instant Pot to a Slow Cooker, and vice versa - whichever one you prefer!
