This was really good! Practical steps to better habits. He also said some very motivational things about slow progress. I would definitely recommend this! Some very clever ideas.

This is a hands on, strategy packed guide to designing the habits that you want. It explains how the tiniest (atomic) habits will lead to the most powerful results if you stick to them over the long term and how the bad habits over the long term will compound into bigger problems. Fascinating and practical!
