This is a great little book that deserves some study; its perhaps even more useful to refresh and re-invigorate one's joy in poetry. No counting metrical feet is necessary, no memorizing labels of meters and devices. Its all careful and soulful and curious reading and listening and noticing, and then challenging oneself. (Technicalities come later.)
