Welcome to Winters' Test Kitchen.  We will give you a featured recipe and a critical ingredient, but we wont be tied to a country or even a meal.  We might do a dessert or soup or appetizer!  Whatever Sue wants to learn to cook, she will bring you along to create your own test kitchen at home.

This month we will be making Apple Tansey - a dish that goes back to our Colonial Times!  In honor of our nation's 250th celebration, we hope you give this apple-egg dish a try!
