Register to pick up a kit to take home and create a herbal heating pack! Included in your kit will be the instructions, the herbs and rice for the pack, and tools to seal the pack shut. All you need is one unpaired, clean sock (not included). Once assembled, just place the pack in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for up to 3 minutes. Please be careful, the pack will be hot! Registration is required.
