Science in Technicolor

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Carol Graff Beavercreek Library

Description

Explore the fascinating world of color in this hands-on science program. For ages 9-12. Registration.

---

Let’s dive into the science of how color works, from light waves to pigments. Through interactive experiments, you'll discover how colors are created, why they look different in different lights, and how our eyes process them. Experiment with mixing colors, create optical illusions, and learn how color plays a key role in everything from art to nature to technology. You’ll also get the chance to test out the science behind everyday phenomena, like why the sky looks blue or how rainbows form. You can find the program listing at the library in June.
