Join us for an author talk from New York Times' Best-Selling Author, Andrea Lankford, on her newest book, Trail of the Lost, and its connection to a missing hiker from Greene County.

Learn the story of Kris Fowler, a Beavercreek High School graduate, who went missing on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2016. His stepmother, Sally Guyton-Fowler, helped create the Fowler-O'Sullivan Foundation to fund search teams for families in similar situations.
A former park ranger with the National Park Service’s law enforcement team, Andrea “Andy” Lankford’s newest book “Trail of the Lost: The Relentless Search to Bring Home the Missing Hikers of the Pacific Crest Trail”discusses her discovery of a wild environment unlike any she’s ever encountered: missing person Facebook groups. Andy launches an investigation, joining forces with an eclectic team of amateurs who are determined to solve the cases by land and by screen: including Sally Guyton-Fowler, stepmom of missing hiker Kris Fowler with ties to Greene County.
In efforts to spread awareness for lost hikers and the Fowler-O’Sullivan Foundation, Andy will read an excerpt from “Trail of the Lost” and then open up a Q&A forum where she and Sally will answer questions from attendees. Afterwards, Andy will be available to sign copies of her book.
